Program & Event Operations Support

  • We act as your behind-the-scenes operational partner, supporting the internal logistics, program management, and administrative needs that bring your events and initiatives to life. Ideal for organizations, nonprofits, and leadership programs.

    Includes:

    • Project management system setup (Asana, Airtable, Google Drive)

    • Registration, signage, guest list management

    • Vendor and volunteer team coordination

    • Internal communication planning and templates

  • Starting at $2,000/month retainer (for event-based projects)

    Starting at $4,500+ for 1 full-scale program launch support package

Executive & VIP Experience Services

  • We provide white-glove coordination for speakers, executives, and VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience from arrival to event day.

    Includes:

    • Travel and accommodation coordination

    • Speaker run-of-show management

    • Personalized itineraries and VIP welcome kits

    • On-site executive shadowing and guest concierge support

Leadership Retreat & Program Design

    • Speaker sourcing and engagement strategy

Hourly Strategy Sessions

  • Strategic consulting for leaders, teams, or creatives seeking professional guidance on event structure, program design, logistics planning, or guest experience strategy.

    • Planning your first retreat or event

    • Getting expert advice without full-service commitment

  • $150/hour

    Minimum booking: 1 hour. Packages of 3 or 5 hours available at a discounted rate.
